First Week with Dezi

Once we were home, the puppy felt comfortable exploring everything right away! (See picture) The other dogs left her alone, and she didn't pester them. 

She had her first vet visit with Dr. McGregor. When I made her appointment, they asked what breed she was... A what?!? :) They printed out breed info so they would be ready for us! The office staff and vet all loved "puppy." They held, carried, and fussed all over her.

I really stress over naming a new pup. After 'trying on' many names, I kept going back to Dezi. Dezi just fits her. I found from one of those baby name websites that it means "longing for," which made it even more appropriate.  My little Dezi.
