On Friday, we headed to my parent's in Ohio for the weekend. We were the main attraction at a reception (Jason and I eloped in April).
Dezi's such an easy traveler. Once the car starts moving, she's out like a light.

My parents recently got a puppy, too. His name is Dexter, not sure on his breed/mix. Dezi was hesitant about him at first. He was not very coordinated, and Dezi figured this out quickly. When she didn't want to be bothered, she would run under the dining room table. Dexter would get hung up in chair rungs and smack into legs. Dezi would be clear and moving away, and he was still trying to figure out how to get out. :) That's my girl.
Most of the time we hung out in the backyard. This provided much exploring - many paths and even a pond... and Dezi learned that you cannot walk on lily pads. But she swims well.
